What do I do if I don't have my 2fa device and need to log in?
Resolution Description
If you temporarily don't have access to your 2fa device, you have three options:
1 - Utilize your Recovery Code (if you are able to access it - many users take a photo that is accessible via cloud):
At the login screen, click Use the recovery code.
You will need to enter the 24 digit recovery code (letters and characters) you saved when you enrolled in Google Authenticator. This recovery code will allow you to access your account.
2 - Reset your 2fa and enroll a different device that you can access.
