Resolution Description | To get technology assistance from the Butler IT Help Desk:
- Search: search for answers right here on ask.butler.edu. If you don't find what you need, submit a case for Information Technology by clicking the Create New Case button on this page. Track the progress on your case by logging in and clicking My Cases.
- Email: email helpdesk@butler.edu. A case will automatically be created for you.
- In Person: stop by the lower level of Irwin Library, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (please note: the IT Help Desk is closed on the weekends and also any time the University is closed).
- Phone: call 317-940-HELP (4357). If you need emergency assistance outside of Help Desk open hours, please follow the prompts for the after hours emergency line.
