Resolution Description | To Specify Where Voicemail is Delivered for a Call Queue in RingCentral:
- Log in to the RingCentral online account.
- Ensure the drop down next to the 9 dots icon says Call Queue Management.
- Ensure the drop down to the left of Call Queue Management lists the queue name you wish to adjust work hours for. Click Settings.
- Under Voicemail & Notifications, click Settings. Ensure Voicemail to text is enabled, then click Edit.
- On the Notifications screen, ensure the box for Voicemail Messages By Email is checked. Ensure the box for Include Voicemail Message in Email is checked.
- Under Send Notifications to, check the desired option (Managers and Specified Emails or Specified Emails Only).
- In the email box, enter the Email Address where you want the email notifications to be sent. You can enter multiple email addresses to receive the email notification by separating each using a comma.
- Click Save when finished.
