Resolution Description |
Mail App(iOS):
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Mail.
- Tap Accounts.
- Tap the desired account you want to delete(typically Exchange).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Tap Delete from my iPhone.
Outlook App(Android/iOS:
- Open the Outlook app.
- Tap the circular icon at the top left that has a letter or profile picture displayed.
- Tap the settings icon at the bottom left of the screen.
- Swipe down until you see Accounts and tap on it.
- Tap the desired account you wish to remove.
- Swipe down and tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
- A prompt to confirm the action will appear tap REMOVE.
- Verify the account no longer appears in the left sidebar.
