IMPORTANT: Please note that because of the many versions of Android devices, it is impossible for us to provide a single set of instructions. The instructions below should give you an idea, but they may not exactly match your specific device. You may want to do a web search for instructions on adding an email account for your specific Android device.
- From the home screen select Menu > Settings.
- Select Accounts.
- Select Add Account and choose either Corporate Sync or Exchange ActiveSync (it may be listed as something else similar to either of these).
- Click Manual setup if the option is available.
- For Domain\Username, enter your full Butler email address.
- Enter your Butler password in the password field.
- Change the Server Address or Domain Server to outlook.office365.com.
- The option related to "This server requires an encrypted SSL connection" or something similar to that, should be checked.
- Continue tapping through the remainder of the set up.
- Your account is now setup, and it will take a short time for your emails to populate your inbox.
