I cannot view my paycheck or W2 on PeopleSoft (PS) Human Resources

1. If your paycheck won't load when you click on it, make sure you pop-up blocker is set to allow pop-ups from my.butler.edu.
2. If that does not resolve the issue, try clearing your browser cache and then restart your browser (instructions below).
