W2 forms are sent out January 21st for the previous year. If you do not have access to my.butler.edu, the paper form will be sent to you in the mail to your home address on file.
If you do not receive your W2 form in the mail, need previous year's forms, or have any questions please click Create New Case on this page and submit a case for Payroll.
