Resolution Description | - Visit Adobe Express in your favorite web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari are supported)
- Enter your Butler email address into the Email Address field and click Continue
- You may see a Butler Sign In Screen if you are not currently signed in other Butler applications in your browser (if you are not prompted, Adobe Express loads momentarily). If you see this login, enter your Butler email address, Butler Password, and Click Log In
- If prompted, perform your second factor authentication (if not, Adobe Express loads momentarily): Two-Factor Authentication (2fa) Index
- Adobe Express loads momentarily and is ready to use
