How do I view my W2 form?

How to access W2 forms after you graduate or leave Butler

Current Students, Faculty and Staff Only:

1. Log in to my.butler.edu. 
2. Click on PS Human Resources.
3. Click Payroll and Compensation.
4. From the left side menu, click "View W-2/W-2c Forms."
5. Make sure you are in the correct tax year. To change the year, click the "View a Different Tax Year" link.
6. Once you have found the form you want to view, click the "Year End Form" link.
