Resolution Description

Note: the instructions below apply ONLY to those call queues without an auto attendant. Those call queues that have an auto attendant must submit a case to Information Technology in order to set/adjust work hours for their call queue.  For a list of call queues and information on auto attendants, click here

 

To Set Work Hours for a Call Queue in RingCentral:

  1. Log in to the RingCentral online account.
  2. Ensure the drop down next to the 9 dots icon says Call Queue Management.
  3. Ensure the drop down to the left of Call Queue Management lists the queue name you wish to adjust work hours for. 
  4. Click the Settings header. 
  5. Under Call Queue Details, click Settings.
  6. Under Schedule, click Edit. Choose the option for Specific schedule. Then, adjust the days of week and times of day when you wish to receive work calls on this extension accordingly. 
  7. Once done, click Save.
