Desktop Application or Web Browser
- Open the RingCentral desktop application on your device, or access the RingCentral portal via a web browser.
- Go to Settings > Phone from the left menu.
- Next to Voicemail, click Edit.
- Under "Voicemail settings", select Voicemail PIN
- Enter and reenter your PIN.
- Click Save.
Note: It can take up to 2 hours for the voicemail pin update to occur.
Mobile Device (RingCentral App)
- Open the RingCentral mobile app on your smart phone.
- Tap your profile picture in the top left corner.
- Tap Phone > Voicemail PIN.
- Enter and reenter your PIN.
- Tap Save.
Note: It can take up to 2 hours for the voicemail pin update to occur.
