Resolution Description

Desktop Application or Web Browser

  1. Open the RingCentral desktop application on your device, or access the RingCentral portal via a web browser. 
  2. Go to Settings > Phone from the left menu.
  3. Next to Voicemail, click Edit.
  4. Under "Voicemail settings", select Voicemail PIN
  5. Enter and reenter your PIN.
  6. Click Save.
Note: It can take up to 2 hours for the voicemail pin update to occur.

Mobile Device (RingCentral App)

  1. Open the RingCentral mobile app on your smart phone. 
  2. Tap your profile picture in the top left corner. 
  3. Tap Phone > Voicemail PIN.
  4. Enter and reenter your PIN.
  5. Tap Save.
Note: It can take up to 2 hours for the voicemail pin update to occur.
