Accessing and Managing your RingCentral Voicemail

Over the Phone (from your cell, or off-campus)

1. Call your RingCentral assigned phone number (e.g. 317-940-1234).
2. When your VM greeting begins, press the star key (*).
3. When prompted, enter your voicemail PIN followed by the pound key (#).
4. Listen to the prompt for instructions, or press 1 to listen to your voicemails. 

Desktop & web

1. Open the RingCentral desktop application on your computer, or navigate to the RingCentral web portal and sign in.
2. Click Inbox in the left panel.
3. Click the Voicemail tab at the top.

Mobile Device - RingCentral App

1. Tap Phone in the bottom menu bar of the RingCentral mobile app. 
2. Select the Voicemail tab at the top.
