Resolution Description | To Record a Voicemail Greeting for a Call Queue in RingCentral:
- Log in to the RingCentral online account.
- Ensure the drop down next to the 9 dots icon says Call Queue Management.
- Ensure the drop down to the left of Call Queue Management lists the queue name you wish to adjust work hours for. Click Settings.
- Under Voicemail & Notifications, under Work hours, click Edit.
- Under Set Greeting, choose Custom. You can elect to record the greeting using your Phone, your Computer Microphone, or you can import a file recorded using software such as Audacity. Follow the prompts to record your greeting/import your greeting.
- When finished recording/importing your greeting, click Done.
- If you wish to set up an After hours greeting, click on the Atter hours tab and repeat the steps above.
