How do I update my home address in my.butler.edu (Campus Solutions)?

If you are a student worker while you are at Butler, your W-2 tax form will be available the following February via my.butler.edu (How do I view my W2 form?).

If you graduated in the prior year, you may not have access to my.butler.edu. If you are a student worker during your last year at Butler, your W2 tax form will be mailed to your home address the year after you graduate. Beginning in 2025, to update your address for W-2 purposes, you will need to update your address in the Oracle Employee and Financials system.


To verify/update your home address in PS Campus Solutions (student system):

1. Log in to my.butler.edu
2. Click on PS Campus Solutions
3. Once logged in, select "Profile" tile (if you do not see the "Profile" tile, click on the dropdown menu in the upper left corner and select "Student Homepage", then click the "Profile" tile)
4. From the left hand side, select the 'Addresses' tab
5. Verify that your desired home address is correct. If not, update your address. 

To verify/update your home address in Oracle Employee & Financials:

1. Log in to my.butler.edu
2. Click on the Oracle Employee & Financials link
3. On the Me tab, click on the Personal Information tile
4. Click on Contact Info 
5. In the Address section of the Contact Info page, edit the current address by clicking the pencil or click the Add button to add a new address
