How do I remove old Butler entries from my 2fa app (Google Authenticator, Guardian)?

How to remove previous device entries in Google Authenticator:

Android

1. Open the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device.
2. Tap and hold the desired entry; then, hit Delete (the trashcan icon)

iPhone

1. Open the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device.
2. Tap the pencil icon (top right).
3. Select the desired entry to remove.
4. Click delete (bottom of screen). 

How to remove previous device entries in Guardian:
 

Android

1. Open the Guardian app on your mobile device.
2. Tap desired entry
3. Tap the 3 dots in the upper-right corner
4. Tap Delete
5. Tap Remove on the popup box

iPhone

1. Open the Guardian app on your mobile device
2. Swipe LEFT to display the Edit and Delete buttons.
3. Tap Delete. 
4. The entry is now removed.
