Resolution Description

Outlook 2016:​

  1. ​Open Outlook and click Outlook > Preferences > Account.
  2. Click the Exchange or Office 365 to add a new account (if this is not your first account, you may need to click the + in the bottom left).
  3. Enter your email address in the E-mail address field.
  4. Enter your full Butler email address in the Username field.
  5. Enter your Butler password in the Password field and then click Add Account. Note: it may take some time to completely populate your inbox with all of your emails and folders.
Apple Mail:
  1. Open Mail. If you are adding your first mailbox you will get a Welcome to Mail window; select Exchange. Otherwise click Mail > Preferences > Accounts, then click the + in the bottom left, then select Exchange.
  2. Enter your Full Name in the Name field.
  3. Enter your full Butler Email Address in the Email address field.
  4. Enter your Butler Password in the Password field and then click Sign In.
  5. Select your desired apps to sync with your mail, and then click Done. Note: It may take some time to completely populate your inbox with all of your emails and folders.
