Outlook 2016:
- Open Outlook and click Outlook > Preferences > Account.
- Click the Exchange or Office 365 to add a new account (if this is not your first account, you may need to click the + in the bottom left).
- Enter your email address in the E-mail address field.
- Enter your full Butler email address in the Username field.
- Enter your Butler password in the Password field and then click Add Account. Note: it may take some time to completely populate your inbox with all of your emails and folders.
Apple Mail:
- Open Mail. If you are adding your first mailbox you will get a Welcome to Mail window; select Exchange. Otherwise click Mail > Preferences > Accounts, then click the + in the bottom left, then select Exchange.
- Enter your Full Name in the Name field.
- Enter your full Butler Email Address in the Email address field.
- Enter your Butler Password in the Password field and then click Sign In.
- Select your desired apps to sync with your mail, and then click Done. Note: It may take some time to completely populate your inbox with all of your emails and folders.
