Starting up the AV system:
- Touch anywhere on the panel to view the main screen.
- Select the Source you want to display (or hear).
When you are done presenting, always shut down the system:
- Press Shutdown.
- Confirm the shutdown by pressing Yes on the following page.
Switching sources:
- Select the new source at the top of the touch panel.
- Make sure the selected source is powered on.
Options:
- Select the Options button to see additional controls for the room AV
- The options on each panel are dependent on the technology in that classroom.
- Screen control, display power, blank and camera control are some of the possible options.
Previewing a source:
- Hold any source button for 3 seconds to preview the image on the lectern monitor without showing it on the main classroom display.
