Paper W-2 forms are mailed to the employee's (including student workers) home address on record in late January for the previous calendar year. The paper form will include only the last 4 digits of Social Security number.
Butler is now utilizing ADP for W-2 administration, and this means W-2s will not be housed in the Oracle Employee and Financials system. All Butler employees will have the option to access their W-2 electronically through the ADP portal.
