Many rooms on campus are mediated. Fully mediated spaces include the following:
- LCD Screen or Projector
- Computer
- Blu-Ray/DVD player
- Document camera
- Audio & screen capture
- Amplified sound
Some rooms are designed for specific functions such as Panopto recordings or video conferencing (Zoom/Teams).

Helpful tips to using this document:
- Camera location refers to where the device is located, not what it captures.
- Cameras located in the "Rear" of a room will capture lectures, presentations, and other front of the room activities.
- Cameras located in the "Front" of a room will capture the audience. This is particularly useful for video conferencing.
- Rooms can be filtered by building, room type, camera location, available equipment or any other field you choose from the document.
