Resolution Description | - Open System Preferences.
- Click on Security & Privacy.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Unlock the window in the bottom right corner by clicking the lock icon. When prompted, enter your credentials.
- Select Location Services in the column on the left
- Check the box next to Enable Location Services above the column on the right. In the right column, check the box next to apps that you would like to use your location (for example, RingCentral, Calendar, Google Chrome).
- Click the lock icon in the bottom left corner to lock the window.
