Turning on/off participant screen sharing during a Zoom meeting:
1. While hosting a Zoom meeting click the caret
^ next to the
Share Screen button on the host menu.
2. Select
Advanced Sharing Options.
3. Under the question
Who can share?, select either
Only Host or All Participants.
The setting should be changed immediately and will remain that way for the remainder of the meeting or until changed again by the host.
