How to Connect a RingCentral Phone to the Network

To connect a Polycom or Yealink RingCentral phone to the Butler network:

1. On the back of the phone, locate the ethernet (network) port (denoted with the dot, line, and two dots below the line icon shown below).

2. Connect the ethernet cable to the port above.
3. Ensure the other end of the ethernet cable is connected to the wall port.
4. If desired, you can use a secondary ethernet cable to connect your computer to ethernet.
5. On the back of the phone, locate the computer port (denoted with the computer screen/laptop icon).
6. Connect the etheret cable to the computer port.
7. Connect the other end of the ethernet port to the computer/docking station.
