Resolution Description | Required:
- Ensure your computer is connected to wireless (Wi-Fi).
- You must have the GlobalProtect VPN software installed. If you do not, please visit How to Install GlobalProtect VPN.
Windows/Mac/Linux
- Click on the GlobalProtect icon in the tool bar (or search for the GlobalProtect application)
- If the portal address box is empty, enter: vpn.butler.edu
- Choose Connect
- To disconnect, follow the same steps as above and choose Disconnect
Android/iOS
- Open the GlobalProtect app on your device
- Tap where it says Tap to connect
