Resolution Description

The best way to resolve this issue is to delete the keychain folder.  In doing this, you will wipe out your current keychain passwords.  
Note: As a result of removing the Keychain folder, you will be required to enter your password in again one time for applications that were storing it previously.
 

  1. In Finder, go to the menu bar and select the Go drop-down.
  2. When the menu drops, hold the Option key and then click on Library (this is a hidden folder that only appears when the "Option" key is held down).
  3. Locate the folder titled Keychain and drag it to the Trash
  4. Restart your machine and then log back in
