All files and folders created for webpages should be located in the \\thomas\www folder. This folder location sets the file permissions correctly for your web files. It is the same location as \\thomas\username\public_html (but using this path won't set the permissions correctly for viewing on the web). For assistance accessing these network folders see:

Also, make sure your homepage file is named index.html (the .html needs to be there) and make sure that your subpages link back to index.html.
