Resolution Description
  1. Open your Web Browser and go to zoom.butler.edu
  2. Login with your Butler username and password
  3. At the top-leftof the page, click RESOURCES and then DOWNLOAD CENTER
  4. Click Download under "Zoom Client for Meetings" 
    • At the bottom left of your screen, or in your Downloads folder for your web browser the Zoom installer (ZoomInstaller.exe) will automatically start downloading the Zoom desktop client. If downloading doesn't start, double-click the Zoom Installer to begin the desktop client install.
  5. Complete the installation process
  6. Double-click the Zoom desktop icon to begin using Zoom
  7. Sign in using SSO option (see: How do I sign into Zoom?)
