Before you start:
- You must be a Creator in at least one folder to download the Panopto Recorder. Students must be set up as Creators by their instructor.
- For users who need to update the version they are using: follow the instructions below. The installer will uninstall the previous version and install the latest version.

NOTE: If the Panopto Recorder is being blocked by your antivirus program, you may need to go into the antivirus program settings to allow the download and install to take place.
