Resolution Description | Adding a Safe Sender:
- Access your spam filter by going to portal.proofpoint.com
- Log in using your full Butler email and Butler password
- Navigate to Settings > Quarantine > Allow List
- Click +Add in the top right corner
- Enter in the full email address of the person you wish to add as a Safe Sender.
- Click Add
Adding a Blocked Sender:
- Access your spam filter by going to portal.proofpoint.com
- Navigate to Settings > Quarantine > Block List
- Click +Add in the top right corner
- Enter in the full email address of the person you wish to block. To block an entire domain, enter *@domain.com (ex: *@gmail.com)
- Click Add
To Edit or Remove Entries:
- Select the list from which you are removing the email (Allow List or Block List)
- Click the ellipses (options) to the right of the email address
- Click Edit Address or Remove from List
