Canva is a web-based graphic design platform. The free Canvas Butler student account includes all the premium features of Canva Pro, along with a suite of Butler-branded templates, fonts, colors, graphics, logos, and photos.
If you already have a Canva account using your Butler email address, please follow these steps:
- Go to www.canva.com.
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Click Sign out.
- You will be presented with a screen with the options of "Continue" or "Continue with another account." Click Continue with another account.
If you lose access to any templates, please contact Canva.
To access Canva Butler Students follow these steps:
- Go to www.canva.com.
- Click Log In in the top-right corner.
- Click Continue with email.
- Enter your Butler email address.
- Canva will send a code to your Butler email. At this point, your screen will have a button that says Log in with SSO. Click on the Log in with SSO button.
- You will be redirected to the Microsoft login (access is granted through Microsoft for Butler accounts). Enter your Butler email address.
- You will be redirected to the standard Butler authentication screen (Auth0). Enter your Butler credentials.
- Verify your identity (2fa).
If you have issues logging in, click Create New Case on this page and submit a case for Information Technology.
