How to Access Canva

Butler Marketing and Communications offers Canva Butler memberships to faculty and staff for $180 per year. For more information, review the following article: Canva for Faculty and Staff

Students access the free version of Canva by using their Butler Google Accounts at www.canva.com. Canva Butler news coming soon - Feburary 11, 2025!

Faculty/Staff:
 

Existing users with free or paid accounts using their Butler email address:
If you are automatically logged in:

1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner
2. Click Sign out
3. You will be presented with a screen with the options of "Continue" or "Continue with another account"
4. Click "Continue with another account"

Then follow these steps:

1. Go to www.canva.com
2. Click "Log In." in the top-right corner
3. Click "Log in with SSO"
4. Enter your Butler email address.
5. You will be redirected to the Microsoft login (access is granted through Microsoft for Butler accounts)
6. Enter your Butler email address
7. You will be redirected to the standard Butler authentication screen (Auth0)
8. Enter your Butler credentials
9. Verify your identity (2fa)
