The Guardian mobile app from Auth0 works with
some smartwatches. Consider the following:
- Older phones may not work.
- Testing at Butler has shown recent Apple and Android-based phones (within the last year or so) work.
- Phone software (iOS or Android OS) needs to be up to date.
- You should be running the latest Guardian application available from your app store.
- Notifications MUST be enabled for your watch
- If there is an option to show notifications while the screen is locked, enable it.

We cannot troubleshoot this remotely due to the nature of the issue and we need to see the watch and phone applications.
