Why are my Turnitin assignments displaying in read-only mode?

To restore Feedback Studio functionality to read-only assignments, you must reactivate the expired class on the Turnitin side.

1. Log in using Turnitin's login page (turnitin.com). If you’ve never accessed Turnitin this way, you’ll need to select forgot password and request that a reset link be sent to your Butler email.

2. Once logged in, you’ll see a list of all the courses you’re associated with as both a student and instructor. Then select Expired Classes to switch your view from active to expired classes.

3. Locate and select the expired class you would like to reactivate.
   • 
4. Next, select the gear wheel to the far right of the course name.
   • 
5. Finally, change the course end date using the calendar box provided.
   • 
6. Select Submit to save your changes.
