Users that chose the Phone call option for Butler 2fa receive calls from 765-245-8476. When a user was getting calls but stops receiving them, it could be due to:
- Security settings for attempted fraud. Our authentication system attempts to prevent fraud by limiting the number of times a voice call or SMS message is sent. The rate is 10 per hour, if the limit is reached a 15 minute delay is implemented.
- Phone number being blocked (mistaken for spam).
- Phone settings - calls from a number that is not a contact are sent straight to voicemail.
To rectify this issue:
- If the 765-245-8476 is blocked, unblock it.
- Add 765-245-8476 as a contact in your phone.
- Check your phone settings to ensure you are receiving all calls.
