All Butler faculty, staff and students are allocated cloud storage space in Microsoft OneDrive. Consider using OneDrive for the following:
- Files that you want only for you (you're working on them by yourself)
- Drafts of files you're not yet ready to move to Teams (SharePoint library)
- Files that you are collaborating on with one or two other users that are not related to a Team or a project (for example, one-on-one meeting notes)
Note: Files in OneDrive are private to only you until you share them.
Beware: sharing from OneDrive can cause issues if the owner leaves the organization. Those files may end up going away or you might end up losing access.
