Resolution Description

If you have never logged into zoom.butler.edu before, you may see an error message saying "Invalid Account" when you click the Zoom link in the Canvas Course Navigation. This is because your account is not created until you sign in for the first time.

 

To remedy this:

  1. Log into zoom.butler.edu.
  2. After signing in, return to Canvas
  3. Click the Zoom link in the Course Navigation.
