Resolution Description

It has been a long-standing policy of the University to require students who are enrolled FULL-TIME (12-20 credit hours) to have health insurance

If you have health insurance, you must complete the waiver process EACH YEAR after full-time enrollment is completed to avoid the charge for Student Health Insurance.  Please visit the 
waiver site to complete the health insurance waiver. Click the Waiver Form in the panel on the left.

Please keep in mind that Butler University is unable to answer questions regarding health insurance or the online waiver process.
