Troubleshooting Screen Sharing in Zoom

Steps to Enable Screen Sharing:

• Go to Zoom Settings (on the web):
  https://zoom.us/profile/setting

• Scroll down to the In Meeting (Basic) section.

• Find the setting labeled Screen sharing.

• Adjust the following options:

  • Who can share? → Select All Participants

  • Who can start sharing when someone else is sharing? → (Optional) Set to Host Only if you want more control over screen sharing.

• Save changes if prompted.

NOTE: Only the meeting host can modify these settings unless the host gives co-host privileges to others. If you continue experiencing issues, please contact the Help Desk for further assistance.
