The Library (Irwin and Science) and Information Technology (IT) work together to meet Butler's technology lending needs. The appropriate lending department depends on affiliation (student or faculty/staff) and usage scenario as outlined below.
Students:
Students with extenuating circumstances in need of a laptop for the entire semester should go to the the Student Success Center during open hours.
Faculty/Staff:
*The IT Help Desk lends laptop power adapters for Butler owned computers to faculty and staff for short periods of time; USB CD/DVD drives and various adapters are available to borrow as well, when available.
Classes/Events:

Faculty and staff can request carts or media equipment through EMS or from the Borrow a Cart request form on ask.butler.edu.
Individual laptops requested for events must be picked up from Help Desk and returned following the event.
