Sharp Follow Me Print Jobs Not Printing After Being Released

To avoid confusion on which Sharp Follow Me Printer to use, it is recommended you remove your old Sharp Follow Me Printer:

For a Butler Owned Windows PC:

1. Click on the Windows Start Menu Button (typically in the bottom left corner of your screen unless you have moved it)
2. In the search bar type: Printers & Scanners 
3. Click on the "Printers & Scanners" result that appears in the start menu
4. Click "Sharp_FollowMe" from the list of printers and click "Remove Device"
5. Click "Yes" to the "Are you sure you want to remove this device?"

For a Butler Owned Mac:

1. Click on the magnifying glass to open Spotlight Search (typically in the top right corner of your screen beside the date and time)
2. In the search bar type: Printers & Scanners 
3. Click on the "Printers & Scanners" result that appears in the search results
4. Click "Sharp_FollowMe" from the list of printers and click the minus sign on at the bottom of the window
5. Click "Delete Printer" to the "Are you sure you want to delete the printer "sharp_followme"?"

Add a new Sharp Follow Me Printer:

For a Butler Owned Windows PC:

1. Make sure you are connected to Butler's network via a wired connection or Butler Secure wireless
2. Click on the Start Menu and type: \\buprint
3. Hit Enter
4. Find Sharp_FollowMe in the list and double click on it. 
5. After a few seconds the installation will complete and the Sharp_FollowMe printer will be installed. 

For a Butler Owned Mac:

1. Make sure you are connected to Butler's network via a wired connection or Butler Secure wireless
2.  Click on the Spotlight search (magnifying glass) in the top right corner of your screen
3.  Type Self Service in the search bar and press Enter
4.  When the Self Service application opens, click Printing on the left
5.  Find the "Sharp_FollowMe" printer in the list and click Add
6. After few seconds, the installation will complete.
