RingCentral Do Not Disturb Setting

What is Do Not Disturb?

Do Not Disturb is a feature that prevents your phone from ringing. DND applies to all lines on your phone. When you mark yourself Do Not Disturb, you'll appear to others as unavailable, notifications will be off, and calls will be forwarded according to your call handling settings. 

To enable Do Not Disturb on a physical phone (handset):

1. Press the DND Softkey button.The DND icon will show a red indicator when enabled. 
2. Press the DND softkey again to disable it. 

To enable DND in the RingCentral app:

1. Open the app. Click on your profie icon (either your initials or your picture if you added one).
2. Change your status from Available to Do Not Disturb.
