Removing someone from a Zoom meeting and not letting them back in
How to remove someone from a Zoom meeting:
1. In the host controls of the Zoom meeting, click Manage Participants.
2. Select the participant by hovering over their name and clicking More>.
3. Click on Remove located at the bottom of the list.
4. Click OK at the prompt.
Note: The user will not be able to rejoin the current meeting. If the meeting is closed and the same meeting room is used for a meeting in the future, the same user will be able to join at that time. If the user was calling in through a phone, they will be able to gain access again. Prevent them from disturbing the meeting again by doing one or more of the following:
- muting the participant's audio on entry
- locking the Zoom meeting to other entrants after removing them
- enabling the waiting room so they can't enter until granted access.

Keeping the user from coming back with another Zoom ID:
If the individual that is booted has another Zoom ID, they can use that to come back into your meeting. Follow the steps in Preventing Unwanted Guests from Attending Zoom Meetings to either block them or stop them from interfering with the meeting.
