Enabling Password Protection:
- Navigate to http://zoom.butler.edu
- Sign in with your Butler credentials. (Full email address and password)
- Select Settings on the left-hand column.
- Click the middle of the screen then press ctrl and F simultaneously on your keyboard and search for "password".
- Select the appropriate password protection options by toggling the button to their right.
Setting Password for your Personal Meeting Room:
- Select Meetings on the left-hand column.
- Click Personal Meeting Room at the top.
- Scroll down and click Edit this Meeting.
- Under Meeting Options, edit the password. (Next to the option for Require meeting password)
- Click Save.
Setting Password for a Scheduled Meeting:
- Select Meetings on the left-hand column.
- Click on the desired meeting to update the password for under Upcoming Meetings.
- Scroll down and click Edit the Meeting.
- Under Meeting Options, edit the password. (Next to the option for Require meeting password)
- Click Save.
