To get any data that you need from your
Butler Google Apps account, please see the options below. Google provides several options for retrieving your content.
- If you have a personal Google account, you can transfer your Google Drive data from your Butler Google account directly to your personal Google account by following the instructions here. These instructions apply to students graduating/leaving Butler as they will lose access to their Butler Google account. (Note: Butler does not use Gmail, so there will be no email messages transferred).
- You may manually download your current Google Apps files to your computer or a local hard drive instead of transferring them to a personal Google account.
- To download an archive of your Butler Google account data, click here, go through the list that is applicable to the data you are downloading, scroll to the bottom and click Next to follow the on screen instructions.
