When I click the Sync button in Microsoft Teams, nothing happens
Resolution Description
To resolve this issue:
Log out of Teams by clicking on your profile in the upper right hand corner, and then select
Sign out
at the bottom.
Open Teams.
Log back in by entering your email address and then select
Sign in
.
Logging out and logging back in should clear the cache.
