How to use "Sharp Follow Me" Printing

Installation:

For a Butler Owned Windows PC:

1. Make sure you are connected to Butler's network via a wired connection or Butler Secure wireless
2. Click on the Start Menu and type: \\buprint
3. Hit Enter
4. Find Sharp_FollowMe in the list and double click on it. 
5. After a few seconds the installation will complete and the Sharp_FollowMe printer will be installed. 

For a Butler Owned Mac:

1.  Make sure you are connected to Butler's network via a wired connection or Butler Secure wireless
2.  Click on the Spotlight search (magnifying glass) in the top right corner of your screen
3.  Type Self Service in the search bar and press Enter
4.  When the Self Service application opens, click Printing on the right
5.  Find the "Sharp_FollowMe" printer in the list and click Install
6. After few seconds, the installation will complete.

Use:
The Sharp Follow Me printer can be used as a normal printer, however the jobs do not print until you release them at the printer. When you would like for your job to be released, log into any Sharp copier on campus, using your ID card or username/password.  A list of all your print jobs will display, and you can chose which ones to release.
