Resolution Description

Outlook on the web (OWA)
  1. Go to https://www.office.com
  2. Sign-in with your Butler Account.
  3. Select the Outlook icon in the left navigation menu to open your mailbox
  4. Click the Settings (gear) button in the top-right corner and allow the settings menu to load
  5. Turn off the Focused Inbox toggle switch.
Outlook Client for Windows PC
  1. Open the Outlook application on your computer
  2. Click the View tab
  3. Deselect Show Focused Inbox
Outlook Client for Mac
  1. Open the Outlook application on your computer
  2. Click the Organize tab
  3. Deselect Focused Inbox
Outlook Mobile (iOS or Android phone)
  1. Click the menu or profile button at the top of your screen (top left corner)
  2. Choose the Settings gear icon
  3. Toggle off the Focused Inbox slider
