Resolution Description

General Information

  • RingCentral call queue call recordings are accessible accessing the call queue or individual thru settings.ringcentral.com 
  • Within the Overview tab you will select recent calls
  • Available recordings will show up with a play button in the right column
  • Shows 90 days of calls within that tab
How to Get Access recordings over 90 days old
  • Recordings over 90 days are accessible by the RingCentral admins
  • Please create an IT case with the call date, time, etc.
  • Admin will download the recording and forward thru email


Archiver Data Retention Policy:

  • Data that is archived at Butler:
    • Automatic call recordings
    • On-demand call recordings
  • Count/Size of Data retained:
    • Automatic call recordings - 100k recordings/account
    • On-demand call recordings - 200 recordings/mailbox/user
  • Duration for retention:
    • 90 days
