- RingCentral call queue call recordings are accessible accessing the call queue or individual thru settings.ringcentral.com
- Within the Overview tab you will select recent calls
- Available recordings will show up with a play button in the right column
- Shows 90 days of calls within that tab
How to Get Access recordings over 90 days old
- Recordings over 90 days are accessible by the RingCentral admins
- Please create an IT case with the call date, time, etc.
- Admin will download the recording and forward thru email
Archiver Data Retention Policy:
- Data that is archived at Butler:
- Automatic call recordings
- On-demand call recordings
- Count/Size of Data retained:
- Automatic call recordings - 100k recordings/account
- On-demand call recordings - 200 recordings/mailbox/user
