Microsoft 365 has a built-in accessibility checker in its various products such as Word and PowerPoint. This tools scans your entire document and flags any accessibility issues it detects. The accessibility checker in these programs have limitations though. Don’t rely on them to find all of the accessibility issues present within a document. Specific items such as adequate color contrast and accuracy of image descriptions require a manual check to ensure accessibility.
