Resolution Description

Requirements:

If working off campus, you must be connected to GlobalProtect (VPN) to communicate with the license server that is on campus (GlobalProtect VPN Knowledge Article Index).

Note: This application can take a bit of time to install initially and may require a reboot of your computer. 


Windows PC:

  1. Click on the Windows Logo in the bottom left corner, and type Software Center.
  2. Click on Software Center
  3. Click on Applications on the left side. 
  4. Locate SPSS and install the latest version there.

Mac:

  1. Open the Self Service application from the doc. If you are unfamiliar with the app, click the magnifying glass in the top right corner for the Spotlight Search and type "Self Service", then open the application.
  2. Click Faculty/Staff on the left side
  3. Click Install IBM SPSS Statistics (latest version)
