Navigate to http://zoom.butler.edu.

Sign in with your Butler credentials. (Full email address and password)

Select Settings from the left-hand column.

Scroll down through the options until you reach Schedule Privilege near the bottom of the list.

Click the + next to Assign scheduling privilege to.

In the pop-up window, type the full email address of the Butler user you wish to give scheduling capabilities for your Zoom meetings.

Click Assign to save theĀ setting.

To remove scheduling privileges, click the X next to the email of the individual to be removed.

Click Yes in the pop-up window to complete the removal.
